A sacred outdoor gathering for women
NEW DATE: Sunday, October 18 • 11:00 AM
Approximately 2 hours • Weather permitting
$15 per person
Space is limited to 10 participants. Advance registration is required.
Join Caroline of ReRooted Soul for a sacred hike designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through movement, nature, breath and intentional practice.
We'll walk together at an unhurried pace, allowing the landscape itself to become part of the experience. Along the way, we'll pause for reflection, grounding and a simple water-side ceremony centered around release, transition and what we are ready to carry forward.
A guided hike through nature
Moments for quiet reflection and connection
A short grounding and breathwork practice
A symbolic water-side release ceremony
A simple sacred offering and intention practice
Space to consider what you are ready to release, what is ready to bloom and what you are choosing to carry forward
Our ceremony will honor the land and water without leaving ceremonial materials behind.
Come as you are. No hiking, breathwork or ceremonial experience is needed.
Difficulty: Moderate
This is a true hike rather than a leisurely nature walk. The trail may include uneven and rocky terrain, roots, inclines and descents. Participants should be comfortable walking on natural, sometimes uneven surfaces for approximately two hours.
We'll move at an intentional pace with opportunities to pause along the way, but please choose this experience with your own comfort and physical ability in mind.
Wear comfortable hiking or trail shoes with good traction and clothing appropriate for the weather. Bring plenty of water and, if you like, a hiking or walking stick for additional support on uneven sections.
Location details will be provided to registered participants.
Additional meeting and hike details will be emailed before the gathering.
