The full moon has long been honored as a time of clarity, insight, and heightened awareness. As its light expands, it invites us to look within, release what has grown heavy, and realign with what truly matters.

Together, we’ll gather in community and rhythm. Through the steady beat of drumming, we’ll settle into presence, reconnect with our inner landscape, and create a supportive space for intention and reflection.

You’ll be guided through simple rhythms, a quiet moment of meditation, and a gentle intention-setting practice to help you move through this lunar phase with grounded clarity.

What to Expect

• Opening overview of drumming and how we create mindful space together
• Guided rhythms (using a drum, notebook, or your lap — anything with a beat)
• Gentle meditative pauses between each rhythm to center and reconnect
• A closing intention to ground the experience and carry it forward

Begin your day with a nourishing 30-minute practice designed to bring harmony to your body, breath, and inner landscape.

We’ll start with 15 minutes of gentle yoga to awaken energy, warm the body, and help create openness. Then we’ll move into 15 minutes of breathwork and meditation to support calm, focus, and centered awareness for the day ahead.

Whether you join the full session or arrive at 6:45 for Breathwork + Meditation, this morning practice offers a steady, grounding way to reconnect with yourself and begin the day with intention.

What to Expect

Yoga (6:30–6:45 AM ET)

Gentle stretches and mindful movement suitable for all levels. Expect grounding postures, simple flows, and light balancing poses to awaken your energy and prepare the body for stillness.

Breathwork + Meditation (6:45–7:00 AM ET)

Guided pranayama and breath practices inspired by Ayurvedic and Andean traditions, followed by short meditations to support clarity and inner steadiness. Over time, these practices may help you:

  • Ease physical and mental tension
  • Support a balanced nervous system
  • Improve focus and vitality
  • Cultivate emotional steadiness and resilience
