Together, we’ll gather in community and rhythm. Through the steady beat of drumming, we’ll settle into presence, reconnect with our inner landscape, and create a supportive space for intention and reflection.
You’ll be guided through simple rhythms, a quiet moment of meditation, and a gentle intention-setting practice to help you move through this lunar phase with grounded clarity.

Whether you join the full session or arrive at 6:45 for Breathwork + Meditation, this morning practice offers a steady, grounding way to reconnect with yourself and begin the day with intention.
Gentle stretches and mindful movement suitable for all levels. Expect grounding postures, simple flows, and light balancing poses to awaken your energy and prepare the body for stillness.
