Morning Alignment is a gentle, consistent daily practice designed to help you wake the body, regulate the nervous system, and align your inner rhythm before the day begins.
This 30-minute offering blends embodied yoga, conscious breathwork, and simple meditation to support clarity, presence, and grounded energy — without pressure, performance, or expectation.
Whether you join for the full session or arrive for the final 15 minutes, you are welcome exactly as you are.
We begin with slow, intuitive movement to gently awaken the spine, mobilize the joints, and reconnect you with breath and sensation.
Movements are accessible and grounding, designed to:
stimulate circulation and energy flow
support spinal awareness and mobility
ease stiffness and morning tension
prepare the body for stillness and focus
This portion is suitable for all levels and emphasizes listening over effort.
We transition into guided breathwork and meditation practices inspired by Ayurvedic and earth-based traditions.
