Begin your day with a nourishing 30-minute practice designed to bring harmony to your body, breath, and inner landscape.

We’ll start with 15 minutes of gentle yoga to awaken energy, warm the body, and help create openness. Then we’ll move into 15 minutes of breathwork and meditation to support calm, focus, and centered awareness for the day ahead.

Whether you join the full session or arrive at 6:45 for Breathwork + Meditation, this morning practice offers a steady, grounding way to reconnect with yourself and begin the day with intention.

What to Expect

Yoga (6:30–6:45 AM ET)

Gentle stretches and mindful movement suitable for all levels. Expect grounding postures, simple flows, and light balancing poses to awaken your energy and prepare the body for stillness.

Breathwork + Meditation (6:45–7:00 AM ET)

Guided pranayama and breath practices inspired by Ayurvedic and Andean traditions, followed by short meditations to support clarity and inner steadiness. Over time, these practices may help you:

  • Ease physical and mental tension
  • Support a balanced nervous system
  • Improve focus and vitality
  • Cultivate emotional steadiness and resilience
