The Home Cleanse Support Box is an optional add-on created to support participants through the Ayurvedic home cleanse with key ingredients and daily ritual tools commonly used during this process. Home Cleanse Boxes are available to local participants only.

This box is designed to simplify preparation and help you feel supported at home by providing many of the foundational items in one place. Each item has been thoughtfully selected for quality, practicality, and alignment with traditional Ayurvedic cleansing practices.

What’s Included

• Yellow Split Moong (Mung) Dal

• Basmati Rice

• Kitchari Spice Mix

• Ghee (16 oz or more)

• Triphala Powder

• CCF Tea (Cumin, Coriander & Fennel)

• Nasya Oil (for daily nasal oiling)

• Stainless Steel Tongue Scraper

• Reusable storage box

What’s Not Included

• Sesame or coconut oil (for oil pulling)

• Ginger tea

• Massage oil (any daily massage oil may be used; Banyan Botanicals Daily Massage Oil is a good option)

• Fresh ginger, lemons, limes, and apple cider vinegar

• Small journal

The Home Cleanse Box is offered as a convenience and support and is not required to participate in the cleanse. Participants are welcome to source items on their own if preferred. You can pick up your box from Holistic Health & Wellness starting Wed. Jan 13th.
