As we gather under the light of the full moon this fall, we honor a powerful time for reflection, release, and renewal. Going within doesn’t mean retreating—it is an invitation to connect deeply with yourself, to feel your intentions, and to open to transformation.

Through the sacred rhythm of drumming, we will ground, express, and align our energy, creating a shared space of connection and clarity. Together, we will release what no longer serves us and step forward into the season with heart-centered purpose.

Join us for a sacred, heart-centered drum circle to honor this potent lunar phase, set your intentions, and connect deeply with yourself, the group, and the vibrant energy of the season.

What to Expect:

• Opening: the art of drumming and creating sacred space
• Guided drumming session (use a drum, pot, book, or lap!)
• Short reflection and meditation to anchor your intentions
• Special offering and blessing to align with your highest purpose

Details:

• Duration: ~1 hour
• Bring: drum or percussion instrument, a small symbolic item for the offering, and an open heart
• Children welcome with supervision
• Cameras optional

No experience is necessary — just your presence, your rhythm, and your willingness to connect.
